In his practice, White specializes in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and financing, and serves as co-chair of the Advanced Energy Group. White currently serves as a senior counsel, overseeing a broad spectrum of business, policy, political, and philanthropic efforts for a prominent investor and philanthropist. White is also the founder and advisory board chair for Estabrook Funds, a fund of global, multi-strategy absolute return hedge funds, one of the first of its kind in the U.S. Further, he is an arbitrator for complex commercial disputes through the American Arbitration Association, covering issues like loans, securities fraud, mergers and acquisitions, professional sports contracts, and other complex business issues.
Alongside White, Robbins is co-chair of the Advanced Energy group. His practice covers a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and real estate finance, as well as general corporate, transactional, and governance matters. Zaki has substantial experience in the field of advanced and renewable energy, where he handles matters involving energy generation and storage, construction, distribution, and investment and finance. In addition to his day-to-day representation of founders, executives, and boards, Zaki has served as an author, speaker, and presenter at conferences and continuing legal education programs for lawyers and other participants in the corporate and renewable energy industries. Zaki has served on various boards and committees within the firm and throughout the community in addition to dedicating time to pro bono initiatives.
