Darla J. Gabbitas

As a member of Moye White trial section, Darla’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, with successful experience in civil actions involving employment, trusts and estates, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. She is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, including both arbitration and mediation. Darla is a key strategic advisor to her clients.

Darla is a native of Louisiana, but is developing deep roots in her Colorado community. She is a graduate of Colorado State University and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She believes in building strong relationships and providing innovative solutions for her clients.
