A dedicated and responsive attorney, Dominick Sekich provides strategic counsel to clients in complex real estate, corporate, communications, Internet, utilities, and regulatory matters.  As part of his real estate practice, Dominick focuses on "green" building principles, energy conservation and environmentally sustainable development. 

Dominick advises companies with regard to business planning and formation, entity structures, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, strategic negotiations, finance, and vendor relationships, as well as intellectual property licensing and usage agreements.  He also represents clients in a variety of real estate matters including real estate development, conveyancing, leasing, and land use matters. As part of his real estate practice, Dominick focuses on "green" building principles, energy, conservation and environmentally sustainable development. He is a LEED Accredited Professional.

He has represented clients in a wide variety of commercial contracting matters. Dominick's experience includes negotiating complex service agreement, licenses, trade arrangements and technology-related contracts.
