Eric is an experienced transactional attorney who specializes primarily in real estate transactions (including buying, selling, title insurance, development, easements & access, management, lending and leasing), business law and planning, entity formation and entity representation. Eric’s practice includes representing private equity investor clients in the acquisition of many multi-family residential apartment acquisitions and loans all across the country, and associated title, lending, property management and development issues. Eric’s prior legal experience also includes foreign investments and real property acquisitions in Mexico, bankruptcy (debtors and creditors), estate planning, asset protection planning, and probate.
Other professional endeavors have also included environmental consulting and employment with the U.S. National Park Service where Eric specialized in land use planning, development, air and water quality monitoring, and hazardous waste disposal.
Mr. Snyder received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Geography from San Diego State University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver. While in law school he was an Articles Editor for the Water Law Review and was a Joe Rudd Scholar and Judge Clifford Darrow Scholar.
Eric has been married more than 20 years and has two children. His personal interests include family, reading, music, bicycling, camping, skiing, travel, making ceramic pottery and exploring the mountains of Colorado.
