For Ken Tolle, enthusiasm and experience are his edge. Whether it is climbing a mountain to ski down a couloir or launching the next great cable network, Ken pushes hard to overcome challenges and achieve results.

Ken’s practice focuses on the media and entertainment industry, where he assists clients in distribution strategy, new media initiatives, digital rights management issues, and corporate structuring. Working with both established and emerging content companies, Ken takes a common sense approach, prioritizing core business goals and culling through complex problems to help clients make difficult decisions. An admitted technology buff, Ken appreciates how the age of convergence brings popular culture beyond the living room to affect how we live.

As a practicing attorney, Ken has consistently proven himself a trusted advisor and battle-tested negotiator. From his early career as in-house counsel with a startup telecom company, Ken learned the benefit of wearing multiple hats and the value of understanding the client's business. From there, Ken joined Echostar Communications as Associate Counsel and rose to the position of Vice President of Business Affairs within three years. During his tenure with Echostar, Ken was a member of a highly adept transactional team that completed more than $15 billion in transactions involving video content acquisition with major media companies and professional sports leagues, as well as international content companies.

A Colorado native, Ken enjoys living in Colorado with his wife, Lori, their daughter, Isabella, and their black Labs. He loves concerts, and enjoys hiking, camping, biking, and fishing in his free time.
