When opportunity knocks for her clients, Terri Rithner listens closely. Terri consults with clients on real estate development matters including construction and financing as well as on a broad range of corporate transactions.
Terri provides key guidance on the structure, formation, and governance of business entities including nonprofit organizations.
Within the scope of her real estate and construction practice, Terri represents financial institutions, owners, developers, and investors in development, finance, and lending transactions for industrial and commercial projects. She utilizes her diverse transactional background to help clients negotiate land use, permitting, zoning, entitlements, agreements, and most other complex real property-related matters, providing project management oversight and guidance.
Terri enjoys volunteering in the community including through the CREW Outreach Committee and as co-chair of CREW Careers.
