The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) imposes a number of new obligations on employers. The sweeping obligations of the ACA - ass refined by the guidance and regulations which have been, and will be, promulgated by the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Health and Human Services, and Department of Labor - must be carefully examined to assess their applicability and to determine your company's response.
