William “Bo” Anderson provides key counsel to high-value businesses in acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sales. He performs extensive due diligence, negotiation, and drafting of transactional, loan, and purchase agreements and contracts, as well as preparation and review of real estate documents, land use planning, permitting, and risk management assessment. Mr. Anderson has represented corporations, shareholders, equity partners and investors, purchasers, sellers, syndicators, and lending institutions in deals ranging from $2 million to $135 million. He holds a J.D. from the University of Kansas and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver.
Jackie Benson offers strategic representation in matters of corporate governance, business planning and formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, and restructurings. She assists with commercial negotiations, drafting and execution of contracts, partnership agreements, regulatory compliance, securities transactions, and development of long-term growth and development plans. Ms. Benson also advises clients on deal structuring, due diligence, audits, and exit strategies and provides valuable counsel in venture capital transactions. Jackie graduated with both a J.D. and M.B.A. from University of Houston and a B.S. from the University of Colorado.
Patricia J. Rogers represents domestic and international companies in the planning, implementation, and execution of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and venture capital financings. Ms. Rogers relies on in-depth business, financial, and legal knowledge to assist clients with investment initiatives and in negotiating and drafting agreements to successfully resolve complex deals and create profitable operational structures. She has helped international companies establish U.S. operations and has represented banks and non-banking institutions from the U.S. and overseas in debt financing transactions. Ms. Rogers holds a J.D. and B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
Lorni Sharrow concentrates her legal practice on estate planning and estate administration work with individuals, families, closely held businesses, and nonprofit organizations. She provides guidance with many estate planning tools and business strategies to facilitate wealth preservation and values transfer. With contingency planning and estate administration, Ms. Sharrow also serves clients to plan for the unexpected and implement their loved one’s intent. She is a graduate of the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, Graduate Tax Program, and College of Education.
Ken Tolle’s legal focus is on media and entertainment industries. He counsels clients in effective distribution strategy, new media initiatives (including digital rights management issues), and corporate structuring. Working with established and emerging content companies, Mr. Tolle prioritizes core business goals and helps to make difficult decisions. A?former Vice President of Business Affairs at EchoStar, he led an adept team that completed more than $15 billion in transactions involving video content acquisition with major media and content companies and professional sports leagues. Mr. Tolle holds a J.D?from the University of Denver and a B.A. from Fort Lewis College.
In addition, Moye White welcomes Jacqueline Vestal, the firm’s new Director of Human Resources. Ms. Vestal is responsible for the implementation of human resources, employee relations, and benefits programs at the firm. Prior to joining Moye White, she was in progressively responsible human resources positions at the law firm of Faegre &?Benson. Ms. Vestal is a member of both the Society of Human Resources Management and the Association of Legal Administrators, and has more than 15 years of experience in human resources?management.
