(Denver, Colo., June 28, 2007) - Moye White LLP is proud to announce that attorneys Dominick Sekich, Matthew Morr, and Suzanne Rauch have joined the firm’s Business and Trial Sections, respectively.
As an attorney in the Business Section, Dominick Sekich provides strategic counsel to clients in corporate, real estate, and related regulatory matters. Mr. Sekich advises corporations with regard to business planning and formation, entity structures, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, strategic negotiations, finance, and vendor relationships, as well as intellectual property licensing and usage agreements. He also protects client interests with respect to corporate registration rights, state and federal regulatory matters, as well as drafting and negotiation of operational, indemnification, stock and stockholder agreements, officer certificates, and employment contracts.
Matt Morr's diverse litigation practice extends from general commercial to intellectual property, torts, lender liability, and RICO matters. His experience encompasses complex contract litigation, including breach of contract, fiduciary responsibility, and director/officer liability. He assists business owners in resolution of issues with each other, management and business partners. Prior to joining Moye White, Mr. Morr served as a commercial litigation associate with the law firm of Featherstone Petrie DeSisto LLP.
As a litigator, Suzanne Rauch represents client interests in matters related to general business, contracts, creditors’ rights, loans, partnerships, vendor relationships, defamation, employment, finance, lender liability, and administrative law. She also assists clients with securities matters that involve SEC, state, and NASD regulatory enforcement. Within her employment practice, Ms. Rauch counsels employers on issues related to workplace discrimination, wrongful discharge, unfair hiring practices, collective bargaining, and benefits. Prior to coming to Moye White, Suzanne served as a judicial law clerk with the Colorado Court of Appeals and the 20th Judicial District.
