(Denver, Colo., June 13, 2013) - Moye White LLP announced today that it is revising the structure of the law firm in recognition of the prominence and growth of its real estate practice.
Effective July 1, Moye White will have three Sections: Real Estate, Business, and Trial. The firm also announced the leaders designated to serve as Chairs and Vice-Chairs of the three Sections.

The appointments are:
Randall G. Alt will be Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Section, and Dominick Sekich will be Vice-Chair.
John W. Kellogg will be Chair of the Business Section, and Patricia J. Rogers will be Vice-Chair.
Jim Cage will remain Trial Section Chair, and William F. Jones will be Vice-Chair.
Randy Alt has extensive experience in complex commercial acquisition and disposition transactions concerning all types of properties, commercial leasing and financing transactions, commercial and residential development and construction transactions, and title insurance and title-related matters. Randy maintains a Martindale-Hubbell Rating of AV® Preeminent™ and was named to the list of Colorado Super Lawyers in 2008, 2012, and 2013.
Dominick Sekich provides strategic counsel to clients in complex real estate, corporate, communications, internet, utilities, and regulatory matters. Billy Jones is an experienced and accomplished litigator, concentrating his practice on complex civil litigation.
