FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Denver, CO, May 20, 2014 - Moye White LLP announced that two partners, Lynne M. Hanson and Craig J. Knobbe, have joined the Denver law firm. “Lynne and Craig are both extremely accomplished franchise attorneys, and Karin is an experienced paralegal with franchise expertise. Their addition will enhance the firm’s existing Franchise & Distribution practice, making Moye White a premier firm in this arena,” said Founding Partner John Moye. “Our new partners will greatly strengthen the firm’s depth, capability and reputation in the area of franchising and distribution.”
“Craig and I are thrilled to be joining such a distinguished group of attorneys at Moye White,” said Hanson. “We believe that Moye White’s strong reputation and capabilities in the areas of corporate transactions and litigation will greatly enhance our existing practice, and together we will grow the firm’s reputation in franchise and distribution law.”
