(Denver, Colo., July 10, 2015) - Denver law firm, Moye White LLP, announced that Scott James has joined the firm as an associate. He will be a member of the firm’s Trial Section.
James is a trial attorney whose previous experience includes independently managing the federal and state court caseload while representing a Fortune 500 company.
He was previously with Sutton Booker P.C. in Littleton, Colorado.
James received his J.D. from The University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010 and he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Iowa.
James is a director of Finca Santa Marta, Inc., a non-profit community-based fruit and vegetable farm in Nicaragua, for whom he obtained 501(c)(3) status. He is also a director of The Race to the Bottom, a blog that covers corporate governance and securities regulation.
