New Co-Chairs for Business Section, Employment Group at Denver law firm
(Denver, Colo., July 1, 2016) - Moye White LLP announced new leadership of its Business Section and Employment Group.
Lynne Hanson has been appointed Co-Chair of the firm’s Business Section. Hanson’s practice concentrates on franchising and distribution regulatory law, and she has represented franchisors in general business, regulatory, and transactional matters for more than 20 years. Hanson has worked with dozens of franchise systems, many of which she represents in the capacity of outside general counsel. Her work spans clients of all sizes and across many industries, both in the United States and internationally. She joins Partner Trish Rogers as Co-Chair of the Business Section.
Partners Becky DeCook and Stephanie Loughner have been named Co-Chairs of Moye White’s Employment Group.
In her employment practice, DeCook has served as counsel to corporations and organizations in employment and labor relations matters, including discrimination, discipline, FMLA, ADA, harassment, wrongful discharge, wage and hour issues, and employee organization. In addition to being a skilled employment attorney, DeCook also provides clients with experienced counsel on telecommunications and energy matters.
Loughner's employment and labor practice involves counseling clients through employment, partnership agreements and disputes such as wage claims, non-competes and defamation. In her real estate and general business practice, she represents a range of local and national clients, including corporations, banks, developers, real estate investors, landlords, property managers, HOAs, and mortgage companies.
