Moye White Announces New Management Committee

FIVE LEADING ATTORNEYS ELECTED BY PEERS

(Denver, Colo., July 17, 2018) – Moye White is pleased to announce the five attorneys who have been elected to the firm’s 2019 Management Committee, effective June 22, 2018. 

Elected by the firm’s equity partners, the Committee includes:

• Edward D. White: Name partner Ted is co-chair of the firm’s Advanced Energy Group, where he helps clients discern opportunities and make strategic connections that add business value. He has experience with private capital funds and takes a leadership role in fund formation and handling portfolio acquisitions and dispositions. Ted is a former adjunct professor at the University of Colorado School of Law, where he designed and taught the popular business transactions course.

• Eric B. Liebman: Eric has represented the business and litigation interests of public and private companies and individuals for more than 20 years. He has substantial experience in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters across industry segments. Eric is also on the board of Family Star, a nonprofit organization that provides early education opportunities to underserved populations.

• William F. Jones: An experienced and accomplished litigator, Billy focuses on complex civil litigation and business disputes. He is also active in representing clients in Colorado’s burgeoning brewing and distilling markets. Billy is the former vice-chair of the firm’s Trial Section and currently serves as co-chair of the Franchise & Distribution Group, representing franchisors in franchise disputes.

• Scott P. Greiner: As an experienced tax attorney, Scott counsels clients on effectively structuring their business, oil and gas, and real estate ventures, as well as insulating wealth from transfer taxes. He also assists clients with their philanthropic objectives through the formation of private family foundations, as well as charitable lead and charitable remainder trusts.

• Thomas M. List: As the firm’s managing partner, Tom has more than 29 years of experience in commercial real estate, and he also has expertise in matters of judicial and public trustee real property foreclosures in Colorado. Tom serves as general counsel for the National Flood Determination Association and is an expert in flood insurance matters.
