Real estate partner joins two boards of directors in 2019
(Denver, Colo., January 23, 2019) - Moye White LLP is pleased to announce that real estate partner Dominick Sekich has been named to the board of directors for the Colorado Historical Foundation and The Alliance Center. Both positions are effective Jan. 1, 2019.
Sekich, who specializes in complex real estate, corporate, and information technology matters, became the president of the Colorado Historical Foundation Board of Trustees, a private nonprofit organization established in 1965 to support history and preservation projects. The Foundation regularly assumes supporting roles for other entities charged with the preservation of history.
In addition, Sekich will also join the board of directors for The Alliance Center, a Denver-based nonprofit with the goal of transitioning Colorado to an equitable, clean-energy economy by 2050 and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 50 percent by 2030. In this role, he will focus his time on promoting B Corp certification. Moye White became a B Corp in 2013.
