Firm Partner Joins Carrie Rodgers As Group Leader
(Denver, Colo., October 14, 2019) - Moye White LLP is pleased to announce partner Daniel Wennogle has been named co-chair of the firm’s Construction Group. Wennogle joins partner Carrie Rodgers, who has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
Moye White’s Construction Group represents project owners and developers, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, and material suppliers in public and private sector commercial, industrial, residential, or transportation construction projects. The group meets client needs in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing construction agreements, as well as their litigation and arbitration needs.
Wennogle aims to continue the tradition of providing top-quality legal service with highly responsive attorneys who truly know their clients’ industry. He also plans to increase in-house educational programming led by the Construction Group.
Wennogle is active in the Colorado Bar Association, where he serves as the Vice-Chair and Legislative Liaison for the Construction Section. He is also a mentor for University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law students and an associate board member for Mending Faces, a Colorado-based nonprofit.
