Peers Elect Firm’s Litigation Chair to Leadership Role
(Denver, Colo., March 12, 2019) - Moye White LLP is proud to announce that Litigation Chair and Partner Paul R. Franke, III has been named First Vice President of Ally Law, a highly selective consortium of business law firms with more than 70 member firms and 2,800 lawyers worldwide. Moye White is the only Rocky Mountain region member of Ally Law.
The full 2019-2020 executive board was recently elected and announced at the 2019 Ally Law Annual General Meeting in New Delhi, India. Franke is joined on the Executive Committee by Björn Welinder, President of Ally Law and Partner at Sweden-based law firm Lindmark Welinder; Eric Krathwohl, Treasurer and Partner at Rich May in Boston; and Roger Franklin, Secretary and Managing Director at Edwin Coe in London.

For more than 30 years, Franke has been assisting clients in finding practical solutions to complex financial problems. His international work has involved multinational litigation including the financing and procurement of certain corporate assets in Eastern Europe. Additionally, Franke has represented global corporations on claims arising in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Canada, and South America.
