Hester Brings Experience from Colorado Court of Appeals
(Denver, Colo., September 17, 2019) - Moye White LLP is pleased to announce Allison M. Hester has joined the firm as an associate in the litigation section.
Prior to joining Moye White Hester worked as a law clerk to Chief Judge Steven Bernard at the Colorado Court of Appeals for two years. In that position, she reviewed briefs and factual records, researched applicable law, and wrote and edited draft opinions for the court. In addition, Hester performed bailiff duties, published legal opinions, oversaw intern work, and trained incoming law clerks.

Hester earned her legal degree from the University of Colorado Law School in 2017, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif, served on the editorial board of the University of Colorado Law Review, and a member of the Native American Law Students Association – where she served as president – and the Women’s Law Caucus. She earned her B.A. from Colgate University in 2012.
This marks the Denver-based firm’s eighth hire in 2019, with four specifically joining the litigation team.
