The Newest Firm Partner Will Focus on Construction
(Denver, Colo., July 15, 2019) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel C. Wennogle has joined the firm’s Litigation Section as a partner, where he will focus on construction and real estate matters.
Wennogle focuses his practice on litigation involving construction and property rights including contract disputes, delay claims, lien and bond claims (both public and private), construction defects, quiet title actions, easement disputes, and condemnation. He also counsels and advises contractors regarding contract provisions, helps prepare and assess claims, and advises clients in the unmanned vehicles industry.
Despite being a member of the litigation team, Wennogle works to resolve disputes prior to, and often without, litigation. He learns his clients’ industries to fully understand the multidimensional issues they face. Then he works to provide them with timely, practical advice and results.
“Dan has an extensive background providing counsel to a variety of construction and real estate businesses, making him well-equipped to handle the needs of our clients,” said Managing Partner Thomas List. “Dan joining the team helps further our goal of providing top-notch service to our clients across the state.”
Prior to joining Moye White, Wennogle was a partner at an Am Law 200 firm in Denver, where he worked with clients in the construction, utilities, real property, and unmanned aircraft system (drone) industries.
Wennogle earned his J.D. at the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law in 2004, and both his master’s and bachelor’s degrees in history from the University of Montana and Princeton University, respectively.
He is active in the Colorado Bar Association, where he serves as the vice chair and legislative liaison for the Construction Section. Wennogle is also a mentor for University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law students and an associate board member for Mending Faces, a Colorado-based nonprofit.
