The Real Estate Associate Represents District D
(Denver, Colo., Nov. 9, 2020) – Moye White is pleased to announce associate Bobby W. Dishell has been elected to Colorado’s Regional Transportation District (RTD) board of directors for District D, which covers south Denver, stretching into Englewood and other nearby suburbs.
RTD is governed by a 15-member, publicly elected board of directors. Directors are elected to four-year terms and represent specific districts within the RTD service area.
Dishell is joined on the board by newcomers Paul Rosenthal (E), Julien Bouquet (G) and Marjorie Sloan (M), and incumbents Kate Williams (A), Bob Broom (F) and Doug Tisdale (H). Seven board members, Shontel M. Lewis (B), Angie Rivera-Malpiede (C), Vince Buzek (J), Troy L. Whitmore (K), Shelley Cook (L), Peggy Catlin (N) and Lynn Guissinger (O), are up for election in 2022. The final seat – District I – will be chosen by the Boulder County commissioners, as no candidate gathered enough signatures to make the ballot.
As a member of the firm’s Real Estate Section, Dishell focuses on real estate transactional matters, including commercial lease agreements, zoning, and multifamily assets. He also assists clients with solar leases and other advanced energy matters.
