Moye White Partner Among Leading Construction Attorneys Nationwide
(Denver, Colo., April 2, 2020) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce that partner Daniel Wennogle has been named an inaugural Construction Trailblazer by the National Law Journal. The Construction Trailblazer award honors attorneys that are “true agents of change.”
Co-Chair of the firm’s Construction Group, Wennogle focuses on construction and property rights matters, including contract disputes, delay claims, lien and bond claims (public and private), construction defect claims, quiet title actions, easement disputes, and condemnation. He also serves as both the Vice Chair and Legislative Liaison for the Colorado Bar Association’s Construction Section, allowing Wennogle a voice in state legislation.
Wennogle does more than just litigate. He learns his clients’ industries to understand the multidimensional issues they face. Then he works to provide them with timely, practical advice and results. This is how he advises his clients in the unmanned vehicles industry, including unmanned aircraft systems (drones). In addition to his experience with drones, Wennogle has developed an expertise in mechanic’s liens. He is currently working to propose new standardized forms – a potential revision to a bonding statute that would standardize the process over various Colorado jurisdictions.
“Dan has quickly proven himself an experienced and skilled construction attorney,” said Managing Partner Tom List. “This is a tremendous honor, and we’re very proud of Dan.”
This is the third National Law Journal Trailblazer honor the firm has received; partners Dean Richardson and Eric Liebman were honored as Cannabis Trailblazers in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
