The Virtual Event Featured Real Estate Topics and Trends

The virtual event featured jurisdictional updates, trends and perspectives on the future of the real estate market. For his part of the presentation, Snyder discussed the changes the pandemic precipitated in office and retail markets and how real estate practices are reacting. Snyder shared lessons learned and best practices for working within the new real estate space. Other topics discussed at the Ally Law event included an overview of COVID-19 responses, including eviction moratoria and rent relief; force majeure provisions; and strategies for landlords and developers to mitigate exposure in the current climate.
