The Virtual Event Was Second in Construction A-Z Series
(Denver, Colo., Dec. 16, 2020) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce partner Daniel C. Wennogle and associate Joyce C. Williams virtually presented on the importance of soil testing and site selection during a December 15 Colorado Bar Association (CBA) Construction webinar. Wennogle currently serves as co-chair of the firm’s construction team and chair of the CBA’s Construction Section.
Wennogle and Williams were joined on the panel by Kathleen Noonan, a senior geotechnical engineer at A.G. Wassenaar, Inc. Noonan spoke on the basics of soil testing and investigation for site selection, as well as what geotechnical engineers wish all attorneys knew.
During the panel presentation, Wennogle and Williams examined common legal issues that typically involve soils and site selection and how to know when and how to best use a geotechnical expert. They also outlined the complex terms all construction attorneys should know.
