The presentation, Working with Electric Utility Contracts (Without a Law Degree), provided an in-depth account of how industry contracts are structured and reviewed all elements from beginner terminology to real-world application. The class highlighted the legal concepts and basic principles of contracting, but also boilerplate provisions, power purchase agreements (PPAs), and engineering, procurement and construction agreements.
