The Firm Continues Lateral Growth
(Denver, Colo., March 5, 2020) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Brendan Leanos as an associate in the firm’s Business Section.
In his practice, Leanos represents financial institutions and private equity funds and their portfolio companies in debt and equity investments.
Prior to joining Moye White, Leanos worked in the New York offices of two international Am Law 200 firms. In both positions, he focused on leveraged finance and capital markets transactions, with a particular emphasis on acquisition financings and leveraged recapitalizations. In addition, Leanos provided pro bono support for Human Rights First by assisting clients with applications for asylum, and for the New York State Business Development Center by assisting veterans in starting their own small businesses.
Leanos earned his legal degree from Fordham University and his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Middlebury College. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is temporarily authorized to practice in Colorado pending admission under C.R.C.P. 205.6.
