During his presentation, Ethics Lessons from the Cockpit, Luce discussed ethics and attorney risk management through the lens of risk management techniques and protocols employed by pilots. He took an in-depth look at competency, trust account management, conflicts of interest, advertising rules, responsibilities of a partner, supervisory lawyer and subordinate lawyers, professional detachment, and independent professional judgment.
