DENVER (August 30, 2021) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce partner J. David Arkell presented at a recent National Business Institute (NBI) seminar, Construction Law: Advanced Issues and Answers, on potential complicated construction project issues that clients could face.
Arkell and his fellow panelists discussed the essential construction legal matters that everyone should be prepared for, including everything from determining responsibility and remedy for delays to handling ethical concerns. The presentation, An Advanced-Level Guide to Complex Construction Law Issues, explored how to best help clients through change order disasters, project delay disagreements, and construction defect disputes.
Arkell arbitrates and mediates construction disputes as a trained and experienced neutral decision maker or facilitator. He advises owners and developers, general contractors, subcontractors, partnerships (public and private), suppliers and sureties on planning and dispute avoidance, as well as dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
