Moye White Partner Among Leading Litigation Attorneys Nationwide
DENVER (November 1, 2021) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce partner Lucas T. Ritchie has been named a Litigation Trailblazer by the National Law Journal. The Litigation Trailblazer award honors attorneys that are “true agents of change.”
As a member of the firm’s Trial Section, Ritchie focuses his litigation and trial practice on high-stakes business and securities disputes as well as regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings.
Ritchie’s clients have included public companies, private funds and fund managers, investment advisors, and corporate officers, directors, and compliance professionals across various industries. He thrives in the heat of highly contentious and complicated disputes involving violations of federal and state securities laws, corporate governance laws, consumer protection laws, fiduciary duties, fraud, and business divorces.
Ritchie is immediate past chair of the Colorado Bar Association’s (CBA) Litigation Section and previously served three consecutive terms as chair/co-chair of the CBA’s Securities Law Subsection. He also sits on the executive councils of the CBA’s Litigation and Business Law Sections, as well as on the boards of several community organizations.
“We are thrilled to hear about Luke’s Litigation Trailblazer honor. He has a true passion for trial law and for helping clients develop innovative strategies to present clear, persuasive evidence before judges and juries in some of the most challenging matters,” said Managing Partner Thomas List. “The firm is honored to be recognized for helping valued clients achieve positive outcomes in difficult litigation matters.”
This is the fourth National Law Journal Trailblazer honor the firm has received; partners Dean Richardson and Eric Liebman were honored as Cannabis Trailblazers in 2018 and 2019, respectively, and partner Daniel Wennogle was named an inaugural Construction Trailblazer in 2020.
