Firm partner named to the Litigation Counsel of America
(Denver, Colo., March 22, 2021) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce that partner and co-chair of the firm’s litigation section Paul R. Franke, III has joined the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society.
The purpose of the LCA is to provide resources for professional development, promote advocacy and ethical standards in the practice of law, and assist in community involvement. LCA membership is limited to 3,500 fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. The LCA Fellowship also includes Judicial Fellows, Academic Fellows (law professors/legal scholars), Legislative Fellows, and In-House Counsel Fellows. Partner William F. Jones is also a member; he joined as part of the 2019 class.
For more than 30 years, Franke has been assisting clients in finding practical solutions to complex financial problems. As a trial attorney, his practice has centered on financial litigation, representing businesses struggling with problems arising from conventional financing and issues impacting the capital structure of the company.
