The Firm Continues Growth in Real Estate and Business Sections
DENVER (October 6, 2021) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce Elizabeth J. Peros and Tasha J. Power have joined the firm as partners in the firm’s Real Estate section. The firm also welcomed Chris Levkulich as an associate in the Business section.

Elizabeth J. Peros
A partner in the firm’s Real Estate section, Elizabeth J. Peros represents developers, homebuilders, corporations, and lenders throughout the country. She concentrates her practice on real estate acquisition, disposition, development, and financing transactions.
Prior to joining Moye White, Peros served as in-house counsel at Denver-based M.D.C. Holdings, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange publicly traded company and one of the largest homebuilders in the U.S.
Peros earned her law degree from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law and her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Colorado. She currently serves as the vice chair of the University of Colorado’s Helen and Arthur E. Johnson Depression Center and is on the board of the Denver Health Foundation.
Tasha J. Power
Tasha J. Power is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate section, where she navigates clients through real estate transactions from contract to closing. She assists clients with acquisitions and dispositions, entitlements, easements, condominium development, and title-related matters. Power also specializes in commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants in leasing office, retail, and industrial properties.
Power earned her law degree from the University of Colorado Law School, where she served on the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law & Policy. She received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Colorado. An active member of CREW Denver (Commercial Real Estate Women), Power previously served as the director of communications for the 2016-2018 term.
Chris Levkulich
As an associate in the firm’s business section, Chris Levkulich provides tax planning advice to businesses and their owners. He advises on matters relating to the taxation of corporations and partnerships, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, asset sales, operations, and real estate transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Levkulich worked for a local firm specializing in tax matters and practiced as a CPA at a Big Four accounting firm. His tenure as a CPA provides him with a unique perspective on the legal and accounting aspects of business transactions.
Levkulich earned both his master's in taxation and law degree from the University of Denver and graduated, cum laude, with his undergraduate degree in finance and philosophy from Boston College. He is a Colorado Super Lawyer Rising Stars honoree in tax law.
