Firm Joined RMI and McKinstry for the Virtual Event
(Denver, Colo., June 24, 2021) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce its Advanced Energy team hosted the second in its Decarbonizing America's Buildings webinar series, Remaking the Warehouse: Efficiency and the Future of Logistics Centers, Warehousing, and Fulfillment, on Wednesday, June 23.
Co-hosted by RMI and McKinstry Co., the webinar focused on why existing warehouse and logistics centers are inadequate for the future, how to identify existing pressures on the model, and the potential impacts and opportunities that can be achieved by redesigning the concept of the warehouse.
The panelists also explained why there is a significant opportunity to reimagine our logistics centers, warehouses, and fulfillment centers to be more sophisticated and reach the goal of zero carbon.
In the previous webinar, Preparing for a Carbon Neutral Future, panelists laid the groundwork for why the country needs to decarbonize buildings and how it can be accomplished.
Bobby W. Dishell, an associate on the firm's Real Estate team, moderated the webinar, which featured panelists Paul Highley, an electrical engineering manager at McKinstry; Mike Roeth, an operations leader at Carbon-Free Mobility at RMI; Sarah Spencer-Workman, the senior manager of technical services at McKinstry; and Daniel Theobald, CEO and founder at Vecna Robotics.
Stay tuned to Moye White's event calendar for the final two webinars in the Decarbonizing America's Buildings series.
