(Denver, Colo., March 16, 2021) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce it has joined the Colorado Inclusive Economy, a movement aimed at rebuilding the state’s economy to work more effectively for all Coloradans, especially those impacted by systemic inequality.
Members of the Colorado Inclusive Economy, which was launched by Denver-area business leaders in 2020 amid the pandemic, hope to diversify all levels of their workforces and to inspire other employers to do the same.
Employers who join the Colorado Inclusive Economy commit to hiring and advancing employees of color, developing more supportive workplace cultures, and investing in workforce development to create a more diverse and skilled pipeline of talent.
Partner and co-chair of the firm’s Employment Group Stephanie D. Loughner will serve as the firm’s liaison at the eight annual meetings.
“As a certified BCorporation we are constantly seeking to improve our impact on Colorado’s economy and community, and we feel that the mission of the Colorado Inclusive Economy is aligned with our goals,” said Loughner. “We are excited to join the movement and are proud to participate with such a dedicated and impressive group of Colorado employers.”
The group’s founding members represent both public- and private-sector employers, including Denver Health, IMA Financial Group, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Craig Hospital, Pinnacol Assurance, Bow River Capital, the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network, Vail Resorts, and Janus Henderson.
