John Kellogg, Zaki Robbins and Bobby Dishell Spoke at EUCI Event
(Denver, Colo., Feb. 19, 2021) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce partners John W. Kellogg and Zaki Robbins and associate Bobby W. Dishell spoke on best practices for utility contracts at a private, in-house training hosted by EUCI on February 24 - 25.
The first day of the in-house training focused on utility contracting basics, including the most essential elements of a valid contract, utility policies and protocols, and boilerplate provisions. The team also outlined the related legal concepts, ranging from state and federal utility regulations to terminations for convenience and default, as well as potential liability, dispute, and litigation issues.
The second day the team took a deep dive into the key provisions of build-to-own transfer agreements, including everything from insurance requirements to environmental compliance.
