During his presentation, Corporate Transparency Act Update, Robbins discussed the CTA and its new requirements for all U.S. businesses to file “beneficial ownership” information with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).
The CBA’s Business Law Institute featured case law and legislative updates, as well as presentations on employment law, the coming Corporate Transparency Act, and a Colorado-focused economic outlook. The event is co-sponsored by the CBA’s business and taxation law sections.
