He Will Lead the Introduction to the Foundations of Real Estate Course
DENVER (May 31, 2022) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce associate Bobby W. Dishell has been named a facilitator for the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) new online course that provides an overview of the concepts, issues, systems, tools, and players in the commercial real estate ecosystem.
In his role, Dishell will be leading students through the Introduction to the Foundations of Real Estate (FoRE) curriculum, which includes five modules with 30 hours of content, and helping to answer student questions.
The course is one of five that has been developed by the ULI and is aimed at those considering a career in the world of commercial real estate but don’t have a business background.
ULI is a nonprofit education and research organization with over 45,000 members worldwide, dedicated to providing leadership in the responsible use of land and creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.
As a member of the firm’s real estate team, Dishell focuses on transactional matters, including industrial acquisition, disposition, and development; commercial lease agreements; and multifamily assets. He is passionate about advanced energy matters and regularly advises clients on solar leasing and development.
