During his presentation, Graff discussed several legal pain points that entrepreneurs often battle including data privacy, marketing trends, and financial management. He gave insight into the Colorado Privacy Act, unique marketing trends like NFTs, maintaining a capitalization table, and managing distribution agreements.
The Colorado Craft Brewers Summit, presented by the Colorado Brewers Guild, is a conference for and hosted by independent Colorado craft brewers. The Summit focuses on the most pressing needs of the craft beer community and delivers insights on a wide variety of craft brewing topics. This year marks their sixth annual summit.
In his practice, Graff specializes in representing clients in a variety of regulated sectors, including brewing and distilling, cannabis (both marijuana and hemp), and food and beverage.
