DENVER (May 10, 2022) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce partner Charles F. Luce, Jr. presented on the most dangerous rules of professional conduct at the May 10 Pueblo County Bar Association monthly members event.
During his presentation, the Five Most Dangerous Rules of Professional Conduct, Luce explored the five areas of the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct that create heightened risks for lawyers because of their pervasiveness, breadth, frequency of encounter, or simply because they are unknown or, if known, misunderstood. Joining members of the bar association at the historic Rosemount Carriage House Restaurant, Luce outlined the rules involving confidentiality, conflicts of interest, prospective clients, and dealing with unrepresented persons.
Luce counsels clients of every size on trademarks, copyrights, computer technology, internet law, licensing, contracts, and other areas of intellectual property. He is currently chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group and co-chair of its Law Practice Professionals Group.
