Colorado Bar Association’s Construction Section Announces 2022-2023 Council Members
DENVER (September 14, 2022) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce associate Nick Herrick has been elected to serve on the Executive Council for the Colorado Bar Association’s Construction Section.
Herrick will serve on the Executive Council for two years, marking the 2022-2023 election cycle as his first year. In his construction practice at Moye White, Herrick works with owners, developers, general and trade contractors, and design professionals to refining contract documents. He also counsels clients on matters dealing with contract disputes, delay claims, lien and bond claims, and construction defect claims.
The Construction Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association serves as a forum for the law of the construction industry, including from the perspective of owners, developers, architects, engineers, prime contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. The committee presents bimonthly luncheon programs, newsletters and networking opportunities.
