The Moye White transaction legal team, led by Naylor, represented ServiceCentral through the sale process of all outstanding shares of ServiceCentral. This transaction closed in October 2022. With Valsoft’s support, ServiceCentral will have the opportunity to strengthen its market position and extend its global presence.
ServiceCentral is a software company providing web-based logistics, service, and repair management software solutions that enable companies to transform the after-sales service of products into profit streams. Evelyn Ashley has represented ServiceCentral since 1994 and has seen the business from early start up through its recent sale.
