Co-Chair of firm’s Employment Group presents at MPF conference
DENVER (June 23, 2022) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce partner Stephanie D. Loughner spoke on the importance of possessing a strong law firm culture at the second annual Empowering Women in Law Firm Leadership – a part of the Managing Partner Forum Virtual Conference Series – on June 23.
Titled “Law Firm Culture: Reflecting Your Internal Values to Attract and Retain Client and Talent,” Stephanie co-presented a session on how firms can overcome the challenges of recruiting and retention with a robust workplace culture.
Other session topics included marketing/business development trends, the nuances of leadership vs. management, and practical tips and guidance for leaders and future leaders. The Managing Partner Forum is a network of law firm managing partners and leaders that provides event attendees with professional development programming and a place to learn from other law firm leaders.
Loughner has a diverse corporate and commercial law practice that has led to considerable experience in the areas of corporate compliance, including employment and privacy law. She supports her clients in a variety of ways through the inception of their businesses through compliance reviews, corporate and client management, policy matters, acquisitions, and commercial contraction.
