Experienced in-house attorney further bolsters firm’s strong Real Estate Section
DENVER (July 13, 2022) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce Rebecca B. Givens has joined the firm as a partner in its Real Estate Section.
An experienced attorney with more than fifteen years spent as in-house counsel, Givens’ private practice includes handling aspects of real estate construction, acquisition and disposition, development, and lending. She proactively works with clients to assess risk, manage regulatory issues, and provide real-time strategies for current economic and societal challenges while keeping businesses in line with their goals.
In addition to her transactional real estate practice, Givens negotiates, drafts, and closes creative purchase and sale transactions and manages construction and permanent financings, including assisting in private placement capital raises.
