DENVER (October 27, 2022) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce partner Tanner J. Walls stepped into a teaching role as a faculty member and expert instructor with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) in their weeklong Building Trial Skills: Denver course.
NITA is a non-profit organization that is made up of a volunteer network of lawyers, judges, and advocates across the globe. They provide attorneys the opportunity to learn and practice skills with the learn-by-doing method.
In the Building Trial Skills: Denver course, Walls along with other course instructors taught attendees how to deliver persuasive opening statements and closing arguments, provided tools to maximize the effect of direct examination, and how to master the admission and use of exhibits. This course also offered the space for attendees to practice cross examination skills, receive feedback, and learn the most persuasive way to impeach a witness.
In his practice, Walls represents businesses and corporations of all sizes in a range of legal issues, assisting those clients in complex commercial and employment litigation. He regularly counsels clients involved in contract disputes, employment litigation, class actions, premises liability cases, professional liability, business torts, trade secret actions, subrogation matters, and consumer claims of all kinds. Walls serves clients in the financial services, real estate, restaurant and hospitality, and healthcare industries.
