During his presentation, Taking Yes for an Answer: Emerging Issues in Assumption, Rejection and Cure in a Post-Pandemic World, Swanson discussed cure promptness, financing agreements vs. lease agreements, force majeure clauses in the context of rejection, and attorneys’ fees in cure payments. He was joined on the panel by Troy J. Aramburu, partner at Snell & Wilmer in Salt Lake City, and Michael L. Schuster, an associate attorney at Ballard Spahr in Denver.
