DENVER, July 31, 2023 – Moye White is pleased to announce the relocation of its headquarters to The Current, a 235,000-square-foot office building in Denver’s River North Art District (RiNo). The move allows the firm to reduce its footprint and align with its commitment to sustainability and the well-being of its employees. Moye White was one of the first of Denver’s larger law firms to announce its move to RiNo. The firm will occupy 42,527 square feet across the 11th and 12th floors of the 12-story building.
“At Moye White, we have always viewed ourselves as innovators, and this move again embraces that philosophy as we adapt to future work trends and invest in our long-term vision and talented workforce,” said Merc Pittinos, Moye White’s newly appointed managing partner. “This space underscores our commitment as a Certified B Corporation to minimize our firm’s environmental impact and create a great place to work. This move will enhance productivity and help us maintain and attract top legal talent.”
In evaluating its move, Moye White was seeking a space that not only fostered a positive, inclusive, and productive working environment, but it also wanted a space that was built to meet high standards for environmental impact. The Current is designed for ultimate productivity, wellness, and the pace of business. Built with View Smart Glass, which provides unobstructed views, abundant natural light, and reduces eye strain, a state-of-the-art HVAC system, and air and water purification systems, the space creates an environment that encourages collaboration and helps us build the firm for the next generation of lawyers and clients.
Additional features of The Current include 8,000-square-feet of indoor amenity space and 11,000 square feet of outdoor amenity space throughout floors 7, 11, 12 and 13. The rooftop deck is complete with private event space, outdoor workspace, and a serenity lawn with views of downtown Denver and the surrounding mountains. The building’s View Smart Windows use artificial intelligence to automatically adjust in response to the sun, eliminating blinds and offering access to natural light and unobstructed views while minimizing heat and glare.
As part of the leasing transaction, Moye White was represented by Tim Harrington, Nathan Johnson, and Eddie Kane at Newmark. The project developer is Schnitzer West.
