AJ is a corporate attorney who assists financial institutions, corporations, and private equity funds in debt and equity transactions across industries. He counsels clients regarding a broad range of complex financing transactions, including commercial loans, real estate and construction loans, leveraged loans, refinancings, and restructurings. In addition, AJ advises companies on general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions. 

Prior to joining Moye White, AJ gained experience as an associate attorney at two different AM Law 100 firms. There he advised leading investment banks, private equity sponsors, corporations, and arrangers in complex U.S. and cross-border financial transactions, including leveraged buyouts, refinancings, and restructurings. 

In his spare time, AJ enjoys creating pottery, spending time outdoors with his family, and traveling.
