Brendan represents financial institutions and private equity funds and their portfolio companies in debt and equity investments. He frequently works with banks and private lenders in a broad range of financing transactions, including commercial and industrial loans, real estate and construction loans, aircraft loans, and leveraged loans. Brendan’s practice also includes advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Moye White, Brendan worked in the New York City offices of two international law firms focusing on leveraged finance and capital markets transactions, with a particular emphasis on acquisition financings and leveraged recapitalizations. In addition, he provided pro bono support for Human Rights First by assisting clients with their application for asylum in the United States and for the New York State Business Development Center by assisting veterans in starting their own small business.

In his free time, Brendan enjoys playing golf, hiking, skiing, and rooting for the Baltimore Orioles and New York Jets.
