As a member of Moye White's Real Estate Section, Chelsea assists clients with a variety of real estate work, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, real estate finance, leasing, and title and survey matters. While her practice encompasses a variety of real estate work, she spends much of her time on acquisitions and dispositions and enjoys helping clients get to the finish line of real estate deals.

Chelsea works with clients through every phase of the acquisition and disposition process. Chelsea drafts, analyzes, and negotiates transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and other closing documents.

She has worked on a variety of transactions, including raw land development, commercial office buildings, industrial warehouses, and portfolio sales across multiple states. She is an effective advocate and understands how to balance her clients' business needs (and their desire to get deals done) with an outcome that ensures they have legal protection. She also ensures that her clients are prepared for closings and guides them through the steps of the real estate closing process. Because of her prior experience in house with a major title company, Chelsea has extensive knowledge of title and survey matters and works to resolve title and survey issues effectively for buyers, sellers, and lenders.

Whether the deal is complex or straight-forward, Chelsea enjoys helping her clients get to the finish line of transactions.

Before joining Moye White, Chelsea worked in-house with a Denver company focused on national and international mergers and acquisitions. Before coming to Denver, Chelsea spent her first years of practice in-house at a major title insurance company, which she considers invaluable experience in assisting clients on real estate matters. Outside of the office, Chelsea enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
