As a member of Moye White’s Real Estate Section, Chelsea works on real estate development, leasing, title and survey matters, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate finance. She also has experience with corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions. 

Chelsea has extensive knowledge of title and survey matters, and works with her clients to resolve any title and survey issues effectively in connection with real estate acquisitions and dispositions. She also assists clients and lenders by reviewing mortgages and ancillary documents necessary for the collateralization of real estate. Chelsea analyzes real estate transaction documents including purchase and sale agreements, loan origination documents, and conveyance  records. 

Before joining Moye White, Chelsea worked in-house with a Denver company focused on national and international mergers and acquisitions. Before coming to Denver, Chelsea spent her first years of practice in-house at a major title insurance company, which she considers invaluable experience in assisting clients on real estate matters. Outside of the office, Chelsea enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
