Chris has over fifteen years of commercial real estate and business experience representing a wide range of clients, including established commercial owners, landlords, tenants, developers, and investors. He handles the entire real estate acquisition process from entitlement review, contract negotiation, and due diligence through closing, as well as commercial leasing.

Chris enjoys working closely with his clients to establish a trusted advisory relationship and deeply understand their business priorities and objectives. He has broad experience implementing complex entity and transaction structures, as well as negotiating numerous types of commercial financing. This experience enables Chris to provide strategic advice to help his clients manage and grow their real estate investment portfolios across various sectors.

Prior to joining Moye White, Chris worked in private practice for clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small local Colorado businesses. Chris enjoys skiing, hiking, soccer, and traveling with his family outside the office.

  • Advised clients on numerous multifamily portfolio acquisitions ranging from $50,000,000 to $150,000,000 secured by new and existing CMBS financing and mezzanine debt, including new construction financing for value-add improvements.
  • Assisted client in planning and implementation of new company formation, capital raise, financing, real estate acquisition, and facility construction in fitness and recreation industry.
  • Negotiated acquisition of ground-leased stand-alone emergency room facility in the Denver metropolitan area.
  • Advised multifamily developer on the acquisition of existing project, construction of new residential building, and long-term lease with purchase option for off-campus student housing.
  • Represented numerous clients in the purchase, sale and leasing of office, retail, industrial, and hospitality properties.
  • Represented multifamily developer regarding the acquisition of $100,000,000 apartment portfolio with private equity partner, including extensive equity and control entity negotiations.
  • Advised clients regarding the purchase and sale of non-real estate businesses with real estate and other secured assets in multiple industries.
