Attorney

Chris is a member of the firm’s Trial Section and represents clients in civil trials, appeals, and government investigations. His experience includes a breach of contract trial in federal court, successfully representing companies and individuals in high-stakes government investigations, drafting and arguing motions in court, taking depositions, authoring appellate briefs, and managing complex civil cases from inception through appeal.

Chris’ litigation practice covers a wide-range of practice areas, including business disputes, trade secret disputes, FINRA arbitrations, employment matters, and product liability cases. He also maintains an active investigations practice focused on defending companies and individuals in investigations by state and federal regulators and agencies, including clients in the healthcare, communications, and defense industries.

Before Moye White, Chris worked at another Denver law firm, where he gained substantial experience in all phases of civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on commercial litigation and class action defense. Before that, he was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm, focused on investigations and litigation related to government procurement and the False Claims Act. After law school, Chris served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan G. Braden of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
