For Jamie, success is in the details. He assists clients in contract negotiations, including sales and distribution agreements, stock purchase agreement, non-disclosure agreements, and other related business transactions. Additionally, he represents clients in all aspects of civil and commercial, as well as insurance matters with a particular focus on construction matters, including construction defect, mechanic's liens, and bond claims.

With a background in insurance coverage, Jamie often consults clients about complex insurance coverage issues, including the application of additional insured endorsements and claims coverage under owner-controlled insurance programs.

An avid reader, Jamie relaxes with works of science fiction, biographies, and corporate management books that broaden his perspective on the business world. He also is an accomplished golfer who you can find on the links of Denver’s many courses during his off hours.
